Spam in any place in and in any form including but not limited to comments, contact form, e-mail, SMS and post shall not be tolerated. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Privacy Policy, any spam that is found shall be moved to a special spam page and shall be disemvoweled including any and all links in the spam, and the spammer’s email address shall be published along with the spam.
Should the same spammer spam again, legal action shall be initiated against him/her/them in accordance with Section 14 (1) and (2) of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Ordinance 2007. The offence of spamming, under this law carries a maximum penalty of PKR 50,000.00 (approximately 500.00 USD) and a prison sentence along with the fine for repeat offenders.
